Absolutely. Keystone is one of the most family-friendly resorts in Colorado. The condo is kid-friendly (though not baby-proofed). The resort has a kids' ski school, tubing hill, ice skating, and a summer activity zone.

Unfortunately, no — this is an HOA restriction for the building, not our choice.

Yes. The elevator serves all floors and is accessible from the parking garage through level 5. No hauling gear up stairs.

High-speed Wi-Fi is included. Network name and password are in the welcome guide sent before your arrival.

Check-in is at 5:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM.

Early check-in is not guaranteed and depends on the cleaning schedule. If you need a guaranteed early arrival, book the previous night. Requests can be sent via message to the host.

After booking, our local property management team sends you a welcome guide with check-in instructions, key pickup details, and everything you need. It's self check-in via lockbox — no waiting for anyone.

Yes — one free covered spot in the heated underground garage. Two ChargePoint Level 2 (J-1772) EV chargers are available in the garage for a fee.

Not necessarily. The free Summit Stage bus connects Keystone to Breckenridge, Silverthorne, and Dillon. The Keystone resort shuttle stop is right outside the building. But a car is convenient for exploring further.

About a 5-minute walk from the building to the River Run gondola.

Keystone sits at 9,300 ft (2,835 m). Some guests experience mild altitude effects like headache, fatigue, or shortness of breath. Drink plenty of water, limit alcohol on your first day, and take it easy. Symptoms typically resolve within 24–48 hours.

Walkways, stairs, and parking areas may be icy or snow-packed despite regular clearing. Wear appropriate footwear and use caution. The HOA maintains common areas but conditions vary.
